Who's behind The Pan Galactic Gazette?

 Hello!

My name is Héctor. I was born in Madrid, the capital city of Spain. I'm currently 20 and I'm studying year 3 of Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering. First two years at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and this year as an exchange student in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

I'm creating this blog mainly due to a desire of documenting an upcoming trip during this year's summer. But in the future, it could also be used for writing and sharing my personal hobbies and thoughts.

The name of this blog was inspired by Douglas Adams' classic novel, Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy. I love the book and I found it funny and quite fitting to make the comparison between the galactic adventures of Ford Prefect, an alien researcher for the Guide and my upcoming trip around South East Asia, as well as the love for science fiction and engineering.

I hope you find this blog interesting and enjoyable to read. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments, as long as it's not Vogon poetry.
